13 June now decided for my future

 On 13 June 2025 decided not to eat food made by my mother hand is fixed now until last day in my life.


Sorry this is correct decision for it.

Again bad habit is repeated

 I must take strict action to change this habit otherwise it very difficult to do any thing as already i have pain in foot of both leg. Start slowly but time change it is increasing in pain but doing bad habit it like reduce but the health is down ,we must give change to come out from it. If they goes out we must go out.
