Today I received dividend of GAIL

 Today I received the dividend of GAIL of 58.50 in that 8.50 INR was taken as message tax from bank at 7:17 am

Again bad habit is repeated

 I must take strict action to change this habit otherwise it very difficult to do any thing as already i have pain in foot of both leg. Start slowly but time change it is increasing in pain but doing bad habit it like reduce but the health is down ,we must give change to come out from it. If they goes out we must go out.
