Today again did bad habit

 Today again did the bad habit to over come from it

Second time bad habit done today 

Today test the sperm quality by traditional method of  putting sperm in water if it dissolves then it is good if flood then it is bad 

When will I get the job?

Again bad habit is repeated

 I must take strict action to change this habit otherwise it very difficult to do any thing as already i have pain in foot of both leg. Start slowly but time change it is increasing in pain but doing bad habit it like reduce but the health is down ,we must give change to come out from it. If they goes out we must go out.
