 As we travel same thing then need to change from it as i say all the things to them he also said same thing to me.


So need to change the way and only focus on carrier now

Again bad habit is repeated

 I must take strict action to change this habit otherwise it very difficult to do any thing as already i have pain in foot of both leg. Start slowly but time change it is increasing in pain but doing bad habit it like reduce but the health is down ,we must give change to come out from it. If they goes out we must go out.
