Today call from Mukesh and lady incall

 Mukesh call me in morning asking about health but it intent to now the situation of it and given many advice.

Again bad habit is repeated

 I must take strict action to change this habit otherwise it very difficult to do any thing as already i have pain in foot of both leg. Start slowly but time change it is increasing in pain but doing bad habit it like reduce but the health is down ,we must give change to come out from it. If they goes out we must go out.
