Automatic happen in night

 Automatic happen in night but I feel it ,but not gone through it then how can I make me stronger i was not doing it but it release from by body automatic can anyone resolve it.



When I will get job?


God please say it fast so can come from it bad habit.

Again bad habit is repeated

 I must take strict action to change this habit otherwise it very difficult to do any thing as already i have pain in foot of both leg. Start slowly but time change it is increasing in pain but doing bad habit it like reduce but the health is down ,we must give change to come out from it. If they goes out we must go out.
