Today also done the bad habit due pressure and burning feet

 Today also done the bad habit due burning of feet may be vitamin b 12 defency or anything but due asking the money with parents is more difficult then it to go to doctor all now on God ....

Again bad habit is repeated

 I must take strict action to change this habit otherwise it very difficult to do any thing as already i have pain in foot of both leg. Start slowly but time change it is increasing in pain but doing bad habit it like reduce but the health is down ,we must give change to come out from it. If they goes out we must go out.
