 In left hand below the finger end after  line one finger touch point should leave and put three finger first finger is sourness(pulippu),second finger bitterness (kasappu)and third finger is specieness (kaaram) then same technique in right hand put three finger first finger is (thuvarpu), second finger is saltness third finger is sweetness(inippu).

Again bad habit is repeated

 I must take strict action to change this habit otherwise it very difficult to do any thing as already i have pain in foot of both leg. Start slowly but time change it is increasing in pain but doing bad habit it like reduce but the health is down ,we must give change to come out from it. If they goes out we must go out.
