Again see the bad habit

 Today also by bad habit is done i already said I must go out but it is night time so no chance ot go out  again I have start from first almost every two day it was done.

Worried about the health and body heat need to reduce by taking alkaline product.

Again bad habit is repeated

 I must take strict action to change this habit otherwise it very difficult to do any thing as already i have pain in foot of both leg. Start slowly but time change it is increasing in pain but doing bad habit it like reduce but the health is down ,we must give change to come out from it. If they goes out we must go out.
